The best energy management you could ever have is prudent play style. For PvE, Sig of Rejuvination isn't a bad idea if you go with a straight healer build. Learn that your allies don't really need to be at 100% health all the time and you should be fine. The biggest mistake by monks in healing monks is that they waste energy using a big heal to top off a barely dented health bar. One of the best examples of this are from hench and heroes. Take a small hit at the beggining of a battle and watch your screen explode in blue numbers, lol.

I prefer protection with high DF.
I use Divine Favor as my energy managment and never have energy problems.

Other Handy skills:
Aegis
Mend Condition
Some hex removal (This is where I use the elite Blessed Light but there are non-elites)
Reversal of Fortune
Rebirth
Divine Healing
Divine Boon (If you can manage energy well)

Notice there is very little actual healing in this build but it is usually more than enough.

Gift of Health, Signet of Devotion, Mend/Dismiss Condition, Protective Spirit, Shield of Absorption, Holy Veil. Other two skill slots aren't terribly important in PvE, I carry Signets of Capture. Take elite of choice and shuffle skills slightly around it - drop Veil if you want Blessed Light, Gift of Health if Zealous Benediction (and bring Dismiss), etc. Or drop a Signet of Capture. Really it's all about the Gift/Signet of Devotion/Condition removal trio and getting used to using those heavily. Work in Reversal of Fortune if you like, it's critical in PvP but not all that neccessary in PvE.

Peace,
-CxE

Dismiss is a very nice addition as pointed out since it not only removes conditions, but also doubles as a decent heal skill on enchanted allies.
